Ken has in excess of 30 years experience in business primarily in the construction and property industry. This experience has been gained in various capacities from site based Project Manager through Regional Manager to Managing Director of a group of construction and industrial companies.
Between 1994 and 1998 he was involved in the formation and management of several joint venture companies with emerging black entrepreneurs including establishing accounting systems, cost control and general business procedures.
Since 1998 he has practiced as a Project Manager in the Construction and Property Industries in New Zealand
Murray’s experience covers a wide range of construction projects in New Zealand and Australia in the capacity of Project Engineer for construction companies from 1982 through to 1991.
In 1991 Murray joined Restaurant Brands and gained experience of Construction Management and Property Development in the capacity of client representative. This was followed in 1999 by a move to Woolworths to take responsibility for management of their construction activities
In 2003 Murray and Ken Watters merged their respective consultancies into a new and larger group and since that time have provided Project Management consultancy services to a number of clients in the field of property development, construction and Compliance Management.

Helen has intensive experience overseas with working on designs and managing teams of design technician. In early 2007 she joined an Auckland architectural practice as a technician and worked on documenting concept designs to full working designs. Helen joined WPH in November 2007 and has played lead roles in documenting retail & kindergarten projects.
